Benefits of Network Marketing/MLM

In this video/blog, I go over some of the very things

that makes this industry important. When you know

the importance of the Network Marketing/MLM

industry; you become more comfortable with

helping others see why it is beneficial to them.

If you would be honest, most look at this industry

for two things, TIME FREEDOM & FINANCIAL

FREEDOM! These are great to obtain within

the industry. I believe that they are perks or results

of the marketers growth.

The reason why many don't succeed, leave, or

don't join this industry; because they don't

know what the importance of it truly is.

This industry helps people become more social.

Be honest, we have allowed social media to take

place of us being social with one another. We look

at our mobile devices at birthday parties, meetings,

lunch outings, etc., instead of actually engaging

in conversation with one another.

I have learned that some of the priceless things

that come with being a committed and determined

Network Marketer, are the most beneficial. The

skills and personal development you learn. That

is if you take out the time to learn them. They are

PRICELESS! You can use them within and outside

of Network Marketing.

Once you began to develop these skills, it definitely

helps you as an individual. It helps become a better

entrepreneur. If you don't learn the importance of,

let's say planning your day, you will always be less

effictive with prioritizing your day. What if you

never get in the habit of reading a good book

regularly? You will not gain more knowledge, you

won't grow and develop certain skills, and you will

always be behind the pack.

I suggest that everyone join an mlm company! Make

sure that it's one that has some good training. Just for

the personal development alone, it is worth it!

Do It Big!

Remember my blog about, Not Caring What

Others Think? You really have to ask yourself

why do you seek others approval so much? You

also have to question if you will ever do anything

big, if you keep waiting for others to approve you?

What do you think about those who have such

a large impact on the world, that when they go

it's like everyone feels the loss? How do you

think they have such of an influence? I mean

most of us have never met these these people

in person, but still have some sense of connection

with them.

These individuals impact the lives of others while

they are living. When they go, they're missed

because they definitely have left their mark!

They have the biggest funeral ceremonies. Nearly

everybody cry’s, and the world tunes in to pay their

last respects. Not only that, it doesn't matter what the

weather is like, the bigger half of the crowd that shows

up to the funeral, definitely shows up to the procession.

Great people like Martin Luther King, Jr., Abraham

Lincoln, Whitney Houston, etc., have all had this

impact on the world! How did they do it? BY NOT

CARING WHAT PEOPLE THINK! They faced the

scrutiny, backlash, lack of support, haters, doubters,

and all other kinds of opposition.

Guess what, they never let that stop them from dreaming!

These Historical Giants went after it, making most of who

didn't believe in the beginning, believers in the end.

Look at these examples, plus the many others out there.

When you don't care what people think, you end up

'Doing It Big!' This cuts out all of the excuses. Believe

it is obtainable in-spite of the no's or others not supporting you.

Be convinced of your own dream yourself. The rest will

soon follow.

Daily Affirmations

Affirming everyday who you are or who you desire to become, is powerful. 
Naturally, our minds drift off into the negative zone. 
We battle negative thoughts daily.

It's a must that we be responsible for controlling our thoughts. 
When you think better, you feel better. With thinking and feeling better, 
you will definitely began speak more positively!

Having good or positive thoughts doesn't just happen. 
Just having good or positive thoughts alone, doesn't give you the 
complete benefits of having those thoughts. You must remind yourself daily
and then take action!

Stop letting your mind run wild. Stop beating yourself up about what you 
didn't accomplish, or about what you have failed at. Affirm daily who you 
are and where you are going in life and/or business!

Why Care Waht They Think?

It is so amazon to me how we let other people's thought stop us from being great! What I mean is, as people we are so driven by what others think, it either motivates us or brings us to a screeching halt. If we don't get others approval, or even think that we don't have their approval, we end up quitting or not even starting. The question is, “Why?” Why do we even care what people think?

As I was reading Jeff Olson's book (Slight Edge), I came to the section of the book where he was sharing a sales experience he had. He expressed how he was bummed out about going to a sales meeting and failing horribly. As he sat in the parking lot before going in, he comes across a magazine article. The article goes over a statistic about funerals. It stated that at the average funeral, only 10 people cry and if it rains, you can count on only 50% of the attendees showing up to the precession. That is a big slap in the face! You mean to tell me, we waist a lifetime waiting for people to approve us and when we die, no one really cares?

When it is all said and done; it shows that our nature is pretty selfish. We aren't that into one each others' ideas, dreams and goals. So, why do we look to one another so much to approve them? If only a small number of people are going to cry at your funeral, Why Care What People Think? If half of the attendees are not going to show up to your burial precession because the weather is bad, Why Care What People Think? Good question to ask yourself right?

It's good to be encouraged and motivated by one another. We all need that from time to time. What we don't need, is our dreams and goals thrown in gutter because someone else doesn't agree with us. Everyone isn't going to see your vision or buy into your crazy dream/idea! You have to show and prove. When you do, you turn them all into believers in the end. So go for the no and make them wish they would have said yes!
